Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned, understand that my participation in the Mettle Games OCR 5K and 10K event held on 17th and 18th of January 2025 involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation in the Mettle Games, I hereby release and hold harmless Forward+, their affiliates, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and any other parties associated with the event from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to any injuries or damages sustained before, during, or after the event.

Medical Authorization
I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in the Mettle Games. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize event officials to seek medical assistance on my behalf.

Photo/Video Consent
I grant permission for Forward+ and its affiliates to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Agreement
I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability. By signing below, I agree to its terms and acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old, or if under 18, my parent or guardian has also signed this waiver.
