  The 8-week and 4-week #getagrip programs combine the essential training for your forearms, arms, and back muscles so you can lift and carry your own bodyweight. By improving this capacity, you unlock the power to conquer obstacles that once felt impossible.
👉 With Mettle Games, this isn’t just training – it’s preparation for the battlefield of willpower, where only the strongest rise. 

  Almost every workout has a follow-along video, sometimes featuring other athletes from the global OCR community. Expect warm-ups, technical breakdowns, and injury-prevention training.
👉 But with Mettle Games, we add the spirit of competition: every rep you do here echoes on the course when the crowd roars and the obstacles rise in front of you. 

  Equipment: You’ll need a pull-up bar, rubber bands, and some weights. Most of this you can find at home, and if you want more, the gym is always an option.
👉 We designed it this way because Mettle athletes train anywhere, anytime. No excuses, just grit.
